What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional patient care through preventive services, patient education, and periodontal therapy. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while helping them achieve and maintain lifelong oral health. Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Washington and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • Current CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and long-term oral health maintenance
  • Clinical skills and experience necessary to support the needs of the practice
