Salary: $120,000 to $180,000
Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for facilitating the sale of finance and insurance products to customers while ensuring compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations. This role works closely with the sales team, lending institutions, and customers to secure financing solutions, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
- Secure financing approvals by establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
- Ensure all deal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
- Review customer credit applications and structure financing options that meet customer needs and lender guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales management to maximize vehicle sales opportunities and dealership profitability.
- Maintain current knowledge of finance products, lending programs, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused finance experience that supports high customer satisfaction scores.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience, within a franchised dealership environment.
- Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance regulations, and menu-selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze credit reports and structure financing solutions effectively.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and finance software applications.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
Compensation:
- $120,000 to $180,000
(The Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.)

- Monday through Sunday availability
