Intermountain Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist for homecare services within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this field-based role, you’ll perform in-home assessments, design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers to maximize safety, mobility, and independence.
