Adventist Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home rehabilitation services to patients across our community. In this faith-based, mission-driven role, you will provide treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring safety in the home environment. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit—while enjoying opportunities for professional growth and meaningful community impact.
