Job Description <br><p><strong>Join a Team Built on Collaboration!</strong></p><p>At Clermont Park, we're looking for a Registered Nurse who works hand-in-hand with our clinical team, residents, and families. You'll manage medications and provide clinical care in our skilled neighborhoods, and help new residents settle in with warmth and confidence.</p><p>You'll plan, direct, and evaluate resident care to ensure every need is met in full while also guiding new residents through a smooth, welcoming move-in.</p><p>Essential Duties</p><ul><li>Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and families on resident status</li><li>Address resident, family, or physician concerns and escalate as needed</li><li>Complete assessments and maintain accurate Resident Care Plans</li><li>Prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders; manage medication ordering and replace expired stock</li><li>Document and report resident care issues appropriately</li><li>Use sound clinical judgment to identify symptoms and determine appropriate action</li><li>Supervise and coach ancillary care staff</li><li>Support new resident move-ins for a smooth transition</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Collaborative, team-first approach to care</li><li>Strong clinical judgment in medication management</li><li>Warm, welcoming approach to new resident onboarding</li></ul><p><strong>Apply today and join a team where resident care is a shared mission.</strong></p><p>Pay</p><p><strong>$42.00–$50.88 per hour</strong>, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.</p><p> </p><p> </p> <br>Qualifications <br><p>**Basic Qualifications & Experience**</p><ul><li>Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing—your ticket to making a real difference!</li><li>Advanced training in geriatrics? That's a bonus we'd love to see on your resume!</li><li>1+ year of long-term care facility experience—bonus points if you've got it!</li><li>1+ year in a supervisory role? Even better—we love a natural leader!</li><li>Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to keep things running smoothly</li><li>Fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking (we promise our documentation is worth it!)</li><li>Customer service superpowers—because every interaction counts!</li></ul><p>**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**</p><ul><li>Ready to stay active?
