Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to support safe, functional, and welcoming facilities for our behavioral health, housing, and social service programs. In this on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and respond to work orders and urgent requests. You’ll help ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards while collaborating with compassionate, mission-driven teams serving vulnerable individuals and families across our communities.
