As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in a partner public school to provide daily academic and social-emotional support to students. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll tutor in core subjects, lead small-group interventions, support positive behavior, and help implement whole-school initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and communicate with families.
