In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for post-op orthopedic and complex med-surg patients, administer medications, manage pain, monitor for complications, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and precept new staff.
