Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has a Inventory Specialist opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into KitPackers, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company located in Germantown, WI.

You will compile records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties. As well as move inventory within the facility. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and maintains the physical inventory for accuracy both in the warehouse and within the computer system

  • Using computer system, WMS handheld devices and pick lists to pick items production, sales or transfer orders

  • Fulfills all required items for outside service providers

  • Conducts regular cycle counts of inventory

  • Returns items to the proper warehouse location after production

  • Works with the production departments on appropriate scrap status after a job completes

  • Monitors and reorders consumables for the production floor

  • Conforms to all quality and safety related procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of inventory experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • Forklift certification

  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of work quality

  • Ability to use standard MS Office applications, ERP, distribution center software and/or hardware (UPC guns, etc.)

  • Lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs
