We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time RN or LPN (1st Shift) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting a positive and supportive environment, and fostering strong relationships with our residents and their families.

About the Role:

  • As a Full-Time RN or LPN (1st Shift) , you will be primarily responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

  • You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough records, communicating effectively with colleagues and family members, and promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records, including patient charts and medication administration records.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion, and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
