Serves as the highest ranking executive of the organization, accountable for its long‑term viability, integrity, and success.

Sets the organization’s purpose, strategic direction, and values, ensuring alignment between owners, the Board, and executive leadership.

Exercises ultimate authority over organizational priorities, risk, and resource allocation, and is accountable to the Board for all aspects of organizational performance and conduct.

Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives.

Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes.

Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
