Full job description

Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will review and verify medication orders, manage dosing and drug interactions, prepare and dispense medications (including IVs), and perform medication reconciliation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists on interdisciplinary care plans, provide patient and staff education, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality improvement in a patient-centered, team-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.
