Registered Nurse Surgical and Transplant ICU

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical and Transplant ICU. In this critical care role, you’ll provide evidence-based nursing care to complex post-surgical and transplant patients, closely monitoring status, managing life-support and infusion therapies, and responding to emergencies. You will collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Responsibilities include patient and family education, safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and supporting quality, safety, and infection-prevention initiatives in a fast-paced ICU setting.
