Senior Cardiac Echocardiography Sonographer

BJC HealthCare seeks a Sr. Cardiac Sonographer to perform advanced cardiac ultrasound exams in a leading, research-connected health system. In this senior role, you will conduct high-quality transthoracic and stress echocardiograms, optimize images, and assist cardiologists with complex and contrast studies. You will ensure excellent patient care and safety, document findings in PACS/EMR, and support quality, accreditation, and process improvements.
