OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Leonardtown, MD. In this on-site role, you’ll evaluate residents, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve function, safety, and quality of life for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents. You will collaborate closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary team members, document per regulatory standards, and educate residents and families.
