Endocrinology physician job in New York :

A New York City-based health services network is seeking a licensed Endocrinologist to diagnose various endocrine disorders and provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and treating patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications
Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress
Diagnosing and managing thyroid conditions
Providing treatment options, including medication, radioactive iodine therapy, and surgery referrals
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

1 year of experience as an Endocrinologist
Medical degree
American Board of Endocrinology certification
Experience with Diabetes Management
Experience with Thyroid conditions
Experience with Hormonal therapies
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Empathy and a patient-focused approach

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Medical Degree
Additional certifications in Endocrinology
Proficiency in Advanced Imaging techniques

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
