OT Therapy Team Lead

Encompass Health seeks an OT Therapy Team Lead to guide occupational therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide advanced, patient-centered OT care, coordinate treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team, and mentor staff therapists and assistants. You will oversee evaluations, documentation quality, and therapy schedules to ensure efficient, evidence-based care. As a clinical leader, you’ll support performance improvement initiatives, educate patients and families, and help drive best practices in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
