Skilled Nursing & Rehab Registered Nurse

Sanatoga Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to seniors in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will deliver bedside nursing, complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents. Working in a resident-centered, team-focused environment, you will collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff, ensure safety and clinical quality, and contribute to continuous improvement and professional standards of care.
