Onsite Operations Lead
Location: Hardeeville, SC
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Onsite Operations Lead to serve as the primary point of contact at our client location. This position is responsible for overseeing daily workforce operations, ensuring compliance with company and client policies, and maintaining a safe, productive, and accountable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workforce operations and staffing needs
- Monitor attendance and ensure timekeeping accuracy
- Enforce company policies, including the Zero Tolerance Policy
- Administer and document progressive discipline
- Support employee onboarding and training
- Promote workplace safety and compliance
- Serve as a liaison between employees, client management, and company leadership
