Lead Cook

As Lead Cook for Aramark’s Trailblazer Provisions food truck, you’ll oversee daily food operations, preparing high-quality, made-to-order meals in a fast-paced, mobile setting. You’ll lead a small team, ensure strict food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and coordinate setup, service, and breakdown for events and regular routes. Working closely with Aramark colleagues, you’ll deliver friendly, efficient service that reflects our culture of safety, teamwork, and inclusion.
