• 24/7 call coverage -- 24hr shifts (8 am - 8 am)
• Rounding on approximately 10 - 12 inpatients daily
• Average 3 - 4 new patient consults per day
• Adult neurosurgery -- pediatric and neonate not required
• General neurosurgery, trauma, tumors, spinal surgery required
• Stereotactic radiosurgery, VP shunt, ICP monitor placement required
• Peripheral nerve surgery and external traction application required
• Ongoing locum support dates may be needed in the future
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
