Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic and sports injuries, design evidence-based care plans, and guide patients from acute recovery through long-term wellness. You will provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and patient education while documenting outcomes in our EMR.
