The Cardiac Services Technologists Manager oversees daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and related services. This role manages technologist staffing and on-call schedules, coordinates daily case workflow and room turnover, and supports patient transfers and bed assignments. The manager helps orient and evaluate staff, supports ongoing education and competencies, and maintains clear, timely communication with physicians regarding procedure timing and delays. This position carries 24/7 accountability for Cardiology Services and Interventional Radiology operations.
