• OB coverage required -- epidurals and C-sections
• Required: nerve blocks and ultrasound proficiency
• Occasional thoracic/vascular cases
• Very limited pediatric cases
• Cardiac fellow experience favored
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
