Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Plumbing

Position Overview

A growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support its expanding new construction and tenant improvement division.

This role is well-suited for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage projects from initial pricing through closeout while collaborating closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, material procurement, and labor resources
• Track job costs, labor productivity, and overall project performance
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and change order processes
• Participate in job site visits and coordination meetings
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors, clients, and field teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and project management software (Trimble experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
