Warehouse Specialist

Pay: $25–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, plus every other Saturday (6:30 AM – approximately 9:30 AM)
Location: Forest Hill, MD

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to help keep our technicians equipped, organized, and ready to serve customers throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Pull and stage materials for scheduled HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs
• Load and unload deliveries and incoming shipments
• Stock service vehicles with required materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Process warranty returns and vendor shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Support technicians and field managers with material requests

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move materials on a regular basis
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services is a plus
