Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our team.
If you have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant leadership as Assistant General Manager or above in a casual or upscale casual operation, the passion for delivering outstanding service along with mindful and beautifully prepared food to our guests, and the desire to work with a growing team of like-minded individuals, we want to hear from you!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and develop your team
- Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily workflow
- Ensure quality of service for all guests
- Work in a budget ecosystem to manage inventory and labor costs
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager or AGM
- Ability to work all meal periods, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Have a deep commitment to strategic planning
- Strong Attention to detail - the little things matter!
- Have the ability to respond to problems independently
