General Manager – Growing Restaurant Group

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + Bonus

A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who can build strong teams, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and achieve financial goals.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly employees
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
• Resolve guest concerns and build strong customer relationships
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

General Manager Requirements:

• At least five years of successful restaurant leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and command of P&L statements
• Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
• High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Hands-on, team-focused leadership style
• ServSafe certification
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
