This role is crucial for empowering partner organizations to accelerate device sales, expanding the reach of cutting-edge technology products and transforming the digital landscape.

About the Role: Drive Partner Success and Market Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary individual to join our team as a strategic sales enabler. This isn’t a traditional customer-facing sales role; instead, you will be the architect behind our partners’ success, focusing intensely on accelerating device sales through a robust network of partner organizations. You will empower others to achieve sales excellence, driving substantial revenue by significantly enhancing their selling capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping innovative sales strategies, expertly enabling partner sellers, and meticulously managing the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious growth targets. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly translate into widespread market impact and you’re passionate about empowering others to succeed, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to influence the future of technology sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Protect, grow, and acquire revenue across a diverse partner portfolio, driving year-over-year growth through partner-sourced pipeline initiatives.
  • Lead comprehensive sales enablement efforts by delivering tailored account lists and dynamic sales plays on a recurring cadence, providing essential call guides, competitive positioning, innovative pricing strategies, and advanced objection handling techniques.
  • Onboard and certify new partner sellers rigorously, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.
  • Develop highly effective, ranked, and high-propensity target lists for partner sellers, meticulously mapping coverage, identifying lapsed accounts, anticipating refresh cycles, assessing competitive risks, and uncovering lucrative attach opportunities.
  • Master the lead lifecycle by expertly routing generated opportunities to the appropriate partner sellers with relevant context and clear next steps, ensuring end-to-end status ownership and closed-loop reporting for maximum efficiency.
  • Orchestrate synergistic efforts across partner and distribution channels, proactively managing incentive programs, and contributing significantly to strategic initiatives that drive market penetration.
  • Provide robust support for pipeline management, quote activity, and KPI attainment, ensuring operational processes are finely tuned to drive exceptional sales execution and optimize business performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated channel/partner sales experience in devices or commercial IT.
  • A proven track record of successfully driving revenue through other sellers.
  • Fluency and deep understanding of deal registration, special pricing, incentive structures, and reseller alliance terms.
  • Strong analytical skills essential for building sophisticated account lists and effective coverage models.
  • Excellent enablement and communication skills, demonstrating effectiveness across inside sales teams, field teams, and partner leadership.
  • Comfort and capability in building new programs and strategies within ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to support a standard work week of 40 hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Proficiency with remote access technologies for setup and operation.
  • Access to standard equipment with preferred specifications of at least 32 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Digital merchandising or e-commerce experience.
