Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home assessment and treatment for adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement evidence-based care plans; educate patients and caregivers; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and quality of life.
