Engineer – Projects Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials, or related field)
- 3–5 years of engineering or project experience (internships/co-ops acceptable)
- Proficiency with engineering design tools (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required (up to 50% travel)
- Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
Engineer – Projects Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables, including drawings and specifications
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution
- Support resolution of technical and construction-related issues with project leaders
- Participate in on-site activities such as inspections and contractor coordination, including at overseas locations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to lessons learned initiatives
- Prepare status updates and presentations for project stakeholders
