Engineer – Projects Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of engineering or project experience (internships/co-ops acceptable)
  • Proficiency with engineering design tools (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required (up to 50% travel)
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin


Engineer – Projects Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables, including drawings and specifications
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution
  • Support resolution of technical and construction-related issues with project leaders
  • Participate in on-site activities such as inspections and contractor coordination, including at overseas locations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to lessons learned initiatives
  • Prepare status updates and presentations for project stakeholders
