The Enterprise Business Applications team is responsible for building scalable, integrated systems that power critical business operations across supply chain, finance, and customer enablement. We are looking for an experienced Staff/Senior Staff Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP-driven transformation initiatives.
This role requires a strategic program leader who can operate across both business and technology, driving large-scale SAP implementations while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You will play a key role in modernizing supply chain processes and enabling data-driven, efficient operations.
In This Role, You Will...
Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs with a focus on SAP ERP implementationsDefine program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple workstreamsDrive execution across planning, logistics, order management, fulfillment systems and manufacturing Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable, integrated solutionsOversee system integrations across SAP and adjacent enterprise platformsEnsure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEstablish governance frameworks including status reporting, risk management, and escalation handlingIdentify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process optimization across supply chain operationsDrive adoption and change management across global stakeholders
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Program Management with a strong focus on Supply Chain and ERP transformationsProven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP ERP implementationsStrong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, order-to-cash)Experience managing large, multi-phase programs with multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong technical acumen including system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architectureExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
