Full job description
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
