Lead PMHNP / Psychiatric Clinical Leader
📍 New York | Hybrid / In-Person + Telehealth
🕐 10–20 hours of direct patient care per week + clinical leadership

Compensation & Benefits
- $145,000 - $233,400+inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
- Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
- Active NPI number
- 3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Prior clinical supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
