Reason for Coverage : Supplemental
Start Date : as soon as credentialed, takes close to 90 days
Shift Description : Fri-Mon
Hours: 10 hours, evening and day shifts available
Call : none
ORs : ORs on Saturday (+ OB) and 7 ORs on Sunday (+OB)
Cases : ortho, vascular, head spine, neuro, OB, Regionals, Pediatric, Thoracic
Medical Direction from Anesthesiologist : Yes
License : MO license or IMLC
EMR : Epic
