Based in Bend, OR, this Production Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated night shift operations team and drive excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is role is (6 AM to 6 PM). Remote or hybrid working is not available for this position.

What you will do:

  • Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of daily production activities.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members’ expertise to meet goals and reduce errors.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues.
  • Promote a culture of trust and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide accurate information to support informed decision-making.

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a GMP or solid dosage environment.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and documentation systems.
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
