Power Tool AssemblerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Power Tool Assembler. This role requires strong hand dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the discipline to meet hourly production targets. The work is repetitive and requires standing for the full duration of the shift.Key Responsibilities• Assemble power tools according to established specifications and quality standards• Maintain accuracy and consistency in a high-volume production line• Meet or exceed hourly production goals• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and focusRequirements• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods• Ability to stand for 8 hours• Dependable attendance and punctualityShift & Schedule• Monday–Friday• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMCompensation• Base pay $16 with the opportunity to earn $18 per hour with perfect attendance
