Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Lamination Assembly to join their team. As a Lamination Assembly, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lamination Assembly

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Perform lamination procedures such as roll coater lamination and assembly of decks, sound shell panels, and pre-lam
• Ensure all materials are correct in color and size before use
• Set up roll tables, adjust pressures of presses, and operate equipment including vacuum beds and edging hammers
• Unload prelamination materials and properly organize scrap boards and platens
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company and regulatory standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic mathematics skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
