Locations: Eldersburg, Randallstown & Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Type: Hourly or Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly

About LMW Auto Repair
LMW Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician for its Eldersburg, Randallstown, and Owings Mills, MD locations. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and offers hourly or flat-rate pay options with weekly pay. Approximately 60%–70% of the role focuses on diagnostics and advanced repairs, with dedicated Service Advisors handling parts ordering and supporting workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Complete engine and advanced mechanical repairs
- Repair steering, suspension, and brake systems
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Document diagnostic findings and verify completed repairs
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Advanced automotive diagnostic and electrical skills
- Strong drivability troubleshooting ability
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Own professional technician tools
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Maryland State Inspection License preferred, not required
