Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
  • Drive sales growth through exceptional guest experiences and operational execution.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency.
