Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for a fine dining Italian restaurant, located about 1 hour south of Orlando!
Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of salaried Chef titles
- 3+ years of fine dining and Italian cuisine experience
- Currently working for a fine-dining concept
- Positive mental attitude
- High energy and excellent communication
- Superb attention to detail and plating skills
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Experience with creating seasonal menus and specials
- Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling and managing costs
- Strong management prowess (quality, timeliness, deliverables)
- Confident decision-maker and solutions-oriented mentality
