Production Associate – Window Manufacturing
Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Shift- 6a-6p
Pay-$17
Position Overview
Production Associates play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping create high-quality replacement vinyl windows that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and customer order specifications
- Sort and cut materials according to window order requirements
- Assemble window frames and sash components
- Install hardware and ensure the correct components are used
- Trim, clean, and inspect products for quality
- Prepare glass for installation
- Complete final assembly of window units
- Wrap finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
