Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is a key leadership role, serving as the right-hand person to the Visionary/CEO. In this position, you will be responsible for translating the company’s vision into actionable, strategic plans and ensuring these are executed flawlessly across all departments. The ideal candidate is a resilient, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of scaling businesses, specifically having experience in taking a business from $2M in revenue and doubling it.

Responsibilities:

· Translate the company’s strategic vision into integrated, actionable plans and lead the execution across all departments.

· Drive accountability and foster a high-performance culture within the team.

· Coach and develop team members, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with company values and objectives.

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

· Act as a key decision-maker, providing solutions to operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

· Collaborate closely with the Visionary/CEO to align on strategic priorities and ensure cohesive leadership.

· Serve as a stabilizing force within the company, maintaining focus and momentum during periods of growth or change.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, patients, and external partners.

· Ensure financial targets are met and resources are effectively allocated.

· Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

· Run the Always Hiring program to always have a talent pool to pick from if a replacement or additional employee is needed

· Maintaining all Dashboards and communicating this information to the Visionary/CEO.

· Administering Payroll, tracking hours and tracking benefits like sick, vacation, retirement, etc.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Integrator or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of scaling businesses.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Experience hiring effective team members at all positions.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Strategic thinker, with the ability to see the big picture and focus on long-term goals.

Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
