Spreetail is seeking aFulfillment Services Project Manager to launch and shape a brand-new role within our rapidly growing Platform Services organization. Based onsite at one of our six U.S. fulfillment centers, you'll serve as the on-the-ground champion for our brand partners—solving operational challenges in real time, improving inventory accuracy, and identifying process improvements that strengthen both warehouse performance and the customer experience. This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, partnering closely with Fulfillment Center Operations while influencing how Platform Services scales across our network. How you will achieve success in this role:
- Take immediate action to resolve inventory, storage, and order exceptions within your scope using your scanner and system access—without waiting for another team to prioritize the work.
- Look beyond one-time fixes by documenting recurring trends, systemic process gaps, and repeat exceptions, then partner with your manager and the PS FC Operations Coordinator to drive long-term operational improvements
- Improve order accuracy, inventory integrity, and product quality by proactively preventing errors before they impact Platform Services brands or their customers.
- Collaborate closely with FC Operations, ICQA, Receiving, and Platform Services teams, serving as a resource that helps the building operate more effectively while advocating for PS brand priorities.
- Balance immediate problem solving with proactive inspections, investigations, and documentation that reduce repeat issues and elevate fulfillment performance over time.
