Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operators Auto Parts to join their team. As a Machine Operators Auto Parts, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators Auto Parts

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)

What's the Job?

  • Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions and visual aids
  • Ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through frequent inspections
  • Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, and electronic gaging equipment
  • Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability
  • Perform basic material handling, including forklift operation if needed

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and improve
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make basic decisions to uphold quality standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math skills including adding and subtracting decimals
