Full job description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Rainbow Park Adult Day Health
Schedule: Part-Time | 16 hours/week
Pay: $32–$35/hour
Language: Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide individual and family counseling.
- Coordinate resources and advocate for participants.
- Monitor progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings.
- Support participant well-being, independence, and quality of life.
We are seeking a Social Worker to provide psychosocial support, counseling, advocacy, and care coordination for participants and their families in our Adult Day Health Program.
Qualifications
- MSW from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland Social Work License required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with older adults, disabilities, or healthcare preferred.
- Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred.
