Bakery Sous Chef Duties:

• Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and lead team to be the best every day
• Take over responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Able to collaborate with the service team to create unique experiences

Bakery Sous Chef Requirements:

• Culinary degree from an accredited culinary institute
• 2+ years of leadership experience in culinary management in an all- scratch kitchen
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate the team
• Experience in a private club, fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale freestanding restaurant preferred
• Keen attention to detail and must be a great baker
• Good tenure and professional appearance and demeanor

Bakery Sous Chef Benefits:

• Base salary ranges between $65,000.00 - $70,000.00
