Full job description
Our client, a leading organization in transportation and fleet management, is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their team. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of the Fleet Management department supporting regional operations across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Location: New Britain, CT
Pay Range: $26/ hour
What's the Job?
- Manage data and processes within the NA Fleet Team to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Serve as the primary contact for all fleet-related data requests and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations by end-users
- Lead internal and external stakeholders in executing the fleet management program within assigned areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve process efficiency
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
- 0–3+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or related disciplines
- Experience managing a multi-site or regional fleet program across the United States and Canada preferred
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, and transportation compliance requirements
- Experience working with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and data reporting tools
