NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Location: Camarillo, CA

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and troubleshooting expertise to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing production equipment, preferably within a food or beverage manufacturing environment, and possess a strong understanding of equipment reliability, safety, and preventive maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain:
  • Conveyor systems
  • Filling and packaging machinery
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics in a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and special maintenance projects.

Facility Maintenance

• Perform facility maintenance activities including:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • General facility upkeep and repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed.

Production Support

• Assist with the design, installation, and implementation of production lines and related equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, GMPs, and regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding (Arc) and basic fabrication experience are a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
