Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Required Credentials: You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Pass/fail open-book exam on Friday during orientation on skills learned; must score 90% to pass.

Unit Details: Medical, surgical, and orthopedic patient population. No titratable drips except heparin. Telemetry on the floor with a centralized tele station. Staff take a 1:6 ratio at least once a week.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: as needed. Holiday requirement: as needed. No call.

Floating Requirements: Float to PCU or Burn.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
